RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any issues or a change of heart on your purchase, email us within 7 days at [email protected] requesting a refund or exchange. For any damages during transit please include a photo of the box and the artwork. The shipping cost is on you if you have had a change of heart, unless the return is due to a defect, due to damage in transit in which case the return is on the house.
Are shipping fees extra?
Shipping fees are extra and they are charged to the customer prior to their checkout. All shipping fees are fixed.
How is personal information stored and transmitted?
All payments are processed through Stripe, which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Shipping
Orders ship on Thursday of every week via Geniki Taxidromiki for Greece, or Spourgitis for international orders. All orders should be delivered approximately within the time frame set on your shipping option. For every order all tracking info is sent to your email address, so make sure you have written your email correctly. Currently, shipping in Europe, Australia & the US, if you can’t see the country you are in as a shipping option, send us an email and we will create a shipping option for you after we have gathered a quote from our shipping courier.
Shipping on large scale paintings
Prior to purchasing a large scale canvas - please contact [email protected] to discuss extra shipping charge, insurance for transit and come to an agreement for a total price of the work.
